[I’m going to England for 10 days or so in about 4 hours, where I’m gong to give this picture to my mother. It’s a late mother’s day present. While I’m not sure if she actually does, my sister told me that my mum reeeeally likes Sydney. The cat he has is Scampey, a character I had back when I was about 9 years old, who mum really really liked, and she’ll probably get a nostalgia kick out of. I hadn’t drawn him in years and years, so it was actually pretty hard drawing him again. I don’t know if my mother ever looks at this blog, but if she does I want to let her know that she’s an awesome mum who means the world to me.]
